I’m proud to join @32BJSEIU to walk Yeral to return to his job after he was illegally fired for using sick leave. Workers should NEVER fear losing their job for using their right to sick leave. I commend his bravery for filing a complaint with @NYCDCA.

A Chipotle worker filed a complaint with us after being ILLEGALLY fired for using sick leave. Our office fast tracked the complaint and was able to get him his job back and back pay. If you would like to file a complaint go to nyc.gov/workers
