1/6 🚨 The push behind Pathways to Dairy Net Zero is gaining global momentum — but U.S. dairy farmers must wake up to the risks. This initiative glosses over the realities of dairy production and the serious economic harm aggressive net-zero goals could inflict on America’s family farms. pathwaystodairynetzero.org

NASA satellites confirm that we are seeing the biggest expansion of global greening in modern history. CO2 is driving a wave of new plant life northwards into the formerly barren wastelands of the northern boreal forests. These are the perennially snow covered landscapes of the Taiga and the tundra. Combined, it forms the greatest living and carbon-sequestering biome on the planet. NASA's latest update of VIIRS vegetation data (from March 17, 2026) also provides higher-resolution 'proof' of this green explosion, showing that tundra 'greenness' just hit its third-highest level in 26 years. The frozen Arctic isn't melting away, it's just awakening from hibernation. The latest 2026 satellite data from NASA and NOAA confirms that four of the five 'greenest' years in the last half-century have occurred since 2020. The NOAA Arctic Report Card (from 2025-26) reveals that tundra greenness has reached its third-highest value in the 26 years of satellite records. Long-term GIMMS satellite data also show that four of the five highest greening values in the last 43 years all occurred since 2020. Researchers are tracking this boundary shift in the boreal forest biome. Tall shrubs also moving into the tundra at a rate of 25% per decade in some regions. This isn't a 'blip'; it’s a measured shift in the dynamics of these cold, uninhabitable wastelands. New growth is extending growing seasons and painting fresh spring colours all over these arid landscapes. US space satellites are watching as the Earth flourishes one leaf at a time. This vibrant green tidal wave has been supercharged by CO2; the gas we were told to fear.

Direct air capture, or DAC, doesn't scale. Today, global CO2 emissions are about 36 gigatons per year. To capture that, 30,000 large-scale DAC plants would be required. Each plant costs up to $500 million, meaning a total build cost of around $15 trillion. Running them would take roughly 360 exajoules of energy (more than half of total global energy use) to heat the calciner to around 800 degrees C. Electricity can't do this. So each DAC plant would need a gas furnace and a ready supply of gas. Owing to this, a major study (Sekera & Lichtenberger) found many carbon capture systems actually emit more CO2 than they remove. Direct air capture is an expensive farce.

A billionaire who made his fortune in America — the freest, most prosperous nation in history — moved to China, became a Maoist, and is now pouring millions into far-left communist rallies on U.S. soil. The "No Kings" movement isn't what it claims to be. heartland.org/opinion/no-kin…

Easy solution to stopping socialism and AI anxiety: get half of those of us lucky enough to be in the top 1% to commit to a new "giving pledge" where they give 5% of their stock/net worth to @InvestAmerica24 accounts --- like @SusanDell and @MichaelDell did. ... as opposed to giving your money to the dysfunctional. non-profit industrial complex. tell me why I'm wrong in the comments in a thoughtful way

New Hampshire's HB 1735 would expand Right to Try to give patients with life-threatening or debilitating illnesses access to cutting-edge therapies. Texas already passed a similar law, and it's changing lives. New Hampshire should follow suit and pass @cole4nh's bill.

SEN. MATT NUNN ISSUES REBUTTAL OF GOVERNOR ANDY BESHEAR’S EFFORT TO MISCHARACTERIZE SENATE BILL 183 Governor's veto of Senate Bill 183 expected to be overridden by the legislature next week FRANKFORT, Ky. (March 27, 2026) — The following is a statement from Sen. Matt Nunn, R-Sadieville, in response to Gov. Andy Beshear’s veto of Senate Bill (SB) 183, legislation strengthening transparency and accountability standards for proxy advisory firms influencing shareholder voting decisions. “Governor Beshear’s veto of Senate Bill 183 is disappointing, but not surprising. When you read his veto message, it’s clear he’s arguing against something this bill doesn’t even do. “SB 183 is simple. It’s about transparency for proxy advisory firms that influence billions of dollars in shareholder votes, including decisions that affect Kentucky pensions and retirement savings. All it says is if you’re giving advice that moves that kind of money, folks deserve to know whether it’s based on financial facts or something else. “Instead of addressing that, the governor leans on a dishonest hypothetical about churches and nonprofits. Let’s be clear, a church is not a proxy advisory firm, and this bill does not regulate churches. That argument is misleading, and he knows it. “And even if you take that argument at face value, the bill already addresses it. SB 183 specifically exempts nonprofit organizations that provide advisory services and receive less than $500,000 in revenue for those services. In other words, the very groups the governor claims to be worried about are already protected under this law. Further, he oddly ignores the real concern. There are plenty of other nonprofits that have been set up specifically to avoid accountability while pushing ideological agendas like ESG and DEI through corporate decision-making. That’s exactly the kind of influence this bill is meant to bring into the light.” “We’re talking about protecting billions of dollars that Kentucky workers are counting on for retirement. That ought to matter more to the governor than chasing counterfeit hypotheticals. “SB 183 includes clear definitions and safeguards to make sure it’s narrowly applied and responsibly enforced. This is about transparency, plain and simple. Kentuckians work too hard to have their retirement investments influenced without accountability. They deserve better than this. “I’m proud to stand with my colleagues to override this veto and get this into law. Once again, the legislature will stand with the people of Kentucky and their investments, even if the governor won’t.” ###

Kentucky's SB 183 passed the Senate 31-6 and the House 81-6. Governor Beshear vetoed it anyway. Now Heartland Impact is calling on legislative leaders to schedule a veto override vote and finish the job.
