@HampshireFA surely the time has come to put a ban on these tiny shin pads which are currently all the rage? Gain the Edge giving them out free with grip socks. They're asking for children with broken legs. How can we lobby this please?

@Samanth64067594 Shark corded anti wrap, nothing else so good out there (although when the dog chews through the power cord it can be a little pricey on parts!)

My payday treat will be a new hoover. Hoover recommendations please? I am not getting cordless again as the battery power is never enough. Need good suction as I have a dog and two cats….TYIA

We all know this to be true and have lost some of the innovation and change through isolation in working at home. Bring on the shared office spaces again! @NHS_WCA new offices coming soon and open invite to hot desk alongside to all our partners.

I've just been writing about the critical role of tacit knowledge in change & improvement. As much as 80% of the knowledge in an organisation is tacit & undocumented. Yet this tacit knowledge is most likely to lead to big breakthroughs for innovation and improvement. That's why networks, communities of learning/practice & sharing conversations are often more effective than good practice repositories/portals, metadata or search systems: #ixzz7BiPRbJ7X" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nickmilton.com/2021/11/why-yo…… Recommended reading from @nickknoco

Patients and staff aren't the only peiple suffering from the current state of the NHS. Student paramedics are becoming increasingly concerned about their poor and limited experience on placements due to the demand/hospital queues/ramping. Here's my take on it, a short 🧵...

When I was a Brownie I learned how to call for an ambulance. Since then I’ve only done it a handful of times (non work related). Every time, they have turned up and filled the space with confidence, assurance and skill. Today I stand with paramedics as they #strike for fair pay
