No ‘village’ of Isbister as such. Twatt was more of a coherent settlement with church and most importantly a post office!

@FunkadelicHorse @WestApproaches And given the level of interest it looks like a first visit or similar. Rolling hills in the background point more towards Scapa Flow than Portsmouth. But if its an early trial I'd expect Portsmouth with closer proximity to Yeovil / Boscombe Down so hmmm.

@jerijerod14 We’re lucky here. HMS Tern at Twatt is almost intact, and there are quite a few structures left at RAF Skeabrae just down the road. RAF Grimsetter is now the airport so wartime structures mostly gone.
