Il y a 32 ans, deux chefs d’État en exercice — Juvénal Habyarimana du Rwand et Cyprien Ntaryamira du Burundi— accompagnés de leurs plus proches collaborateurs, étaient assassinés. Cet attentat a déclenché une tragédie sans nom pour le Rwanda et toute la région des Grands Lacs. Depuis, ceux qui ont allumé la mèche se présentent comme les seuls détenteurs de la vérité, distribuant des leçons au monde entier, tout en imposant une mémoire sélective. ⸻ 🕯️ Une mémoire confisquée Dans le Rwanda d’aujourd’hui, on affirme qu’il n’existe plus d’ethnies. Mais dans les faits : • une seule mémoire est reconnue, • une seule souffrance est autorisée, • une seule parole est légitime, • une seule histoire est enseignée. Une seule communauté a le droit de pleurer ses morts. Une seule a le droit aux mémoriaux. Les autres sont condamnées au silence. ⸻ ⚖️ 32 ans après, il est temps 32 ans après, cela doit cesser. 32 ans après, la vérité ne peut plus être fragmentée. 32 ans après, la réconciliation ne peut plus être un slogan vide. Le peuple rwandais mérite mieux que la peur, mieux que le mensonge, mieux que la division entretenue. Il est temps d’ouvrir une nouvelle page : lucide, honnête, courageuse. ⸻ 🌍 D’un drame national à une crise régionale Aujourd’hui, ceux qui ont fait souffrir le Rwanda exportent la violence dans toute la région. Le Rwanda est devenu, aux yeux de nombreux voisins, synonyme : • d’ingérence, • d’exploitation, • et de conflits permanents. Le sang versé ne doit pas être l’héritage que nous laissons aux générations futures. ⸻ 🔥 Pour un nouveau Rwanda Nous voulons un Rwanda : • où toutes les victimes comptent, • où aucune mémoire n’est interdite, • où la dignité n’est pas conditionnée à l’allégeance, • où aucun citoyen ne vit dans la peur. Aujourd’hui encore, le régime décide qui mérite d’être honoré… et qui doit être effacé. Il confisque aux Rwandais — toutes origines confondues — leurs biens, leur liberté, leur dignité, et trop souvent leur vie. Mais la valeur d’un peuple ne dépend pas d’un régime. ⸻ ✊ L’espoir reste possible Un autre Rwanda est possible. Un Rwanda réconcilié, juste, et souverain dans sa vérité. Et peut-être… que ces 32 ans d’apartheid mémoriel touchent enfin à leur fin. En attendant nous n’oublions pas et nous prions pour le repos de tous ceux qui on perdus la vie depuis cette date fatidique du 06 avril 1994!
