@BankofAmerica can’t get it right and this is a slam dunk case. We have faxed and mailed them invoices that the merchant has manipulated and overcharged us for and they are “unable to approve our claim.” These are federal documents from the @PortMiami.

@PortMiami Can the captain help release our container, which we are being charged for in order for you to willingly search it? How do you expect small businesses and no profits to survive when you hold their product for two weeks???
