Big news for the heat pump sector! Last week, members of the Heat Pump Association, Ground Source Heat Pump Association, and Heat Pump Federation voted to merge into a single, unified Heat Pump Trade Body, which will truly represent the complete heat pump supply chain.

@denisefortru @Buntimus @TiceRichard Ask the @HPFederation for help in finding an alternative installer, or just for general advice. If you can heat a home with a boiler, you can heat it with a heat pump

@Buntimus @TiceRichard I contacted British Gas as I getting near to needing a new boiler and they cant fit me a heat pump it has to be gas.

Another side to the Smart Meter revolution is to ensure that all tenants can benefit from the massive benefits that flexible generation & use of electricity can deliver. Landlords should be encouraged to empower their tenants to engage with energy efficiency in every possible way
