Take out a piece of paper and write exactly how you want life to be, in pencil. Keep that list by your bedside and look at it before you fall asleep. Ask your subconscious to change reality to fit that list. Update the list as your vision evolves. Just focus on this list and how that would make you feel on every level. Don’t measure by outward circumstances. Ask your subconscious to change your reality to fit that list, then sleep. Keep this practice up and never rest. The list always should evolve with your understanding.

The consistent, stable love a spouse provides plays a big role in this. It’s the same reason kids with loving parents thrive in the world. Love stabilizes your nervous system. You can go out and accomplish big things in the world when you’re not worried about the thing that is foundational to every human heart… love.
Simon Sarris@simonsarris

the biggest social problem is the bf/gf problem It's easy to bear all kinds of hardship, easy to try to make things work anywhere, take more meaningful risks, etc, if you know you have a spouse that will be there through it

regularmaxxing changed my life. i go to the same café every day to work. and tip between 30-50%. now i walk in like i own the place: - they gave me a paid-for parking spot - when i bring friends, they get orders for free - can make myself off menu drinks - can send my parcels there - they are community, introduce me to other regulars - got employee wifi, kept my mac charger there i did that in nyc, cpt, bcn. it works everywhere if you stop chasing the dopamine of "new"

Her name is Galyn Susman and she was laid off by Disney two years ago because of budget cuts (even though Disney turned over $88b profits that year)
cinesthetic.@TheCinesthetic

During Toy Story 2 (1999), Pixar accidentally erased about 90% of the movie with a single command. The studio backups failed. The film survived only because an employee on maternity leave had a copy saved at home. Pixar later called it a miracle.

The fun part no one tells you is you can simply decide to be soulmates You can meet someone and decide to grow into the best match for one another over a lifetime and no one stops you and says “Hey where’s your soulmate permit??” Soulmate material is found, soulmates are made
Madelaine Hanson@MadelaineLucyH

I’ll be super real with you, most marriages are because that person is dating that person at a window where they want to settle down. Not soulmates, not “best person I could possibly ever get with” not even “love of my life”. For most people, it’s “it was the right time”.

I'll let you in on a little secret, the CIA has been using wifi to detect movement within buildings for over a decade. Also they can capture the weak RF signal emitted from HDMI cables to see what's on your screen.
Massimo@Rainmaker1973

No cameras. No sensors. Just Wi-Fi reading human movement. Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University have developed a system that uses standard WiFi routers to detect human movement through walls—without any cameras. By applying AI and DensePose model, the system turns WiFi signals into detailed maps of body posture in real time.

telling your brain “i know you don’t wanna do the thing and it’ll be very uncomfortable for you at first but you can do it buddy. it’ll be fine” is actually surprisingly effective. it sounds too simple but that fuckass organ WILL listen to you if you treat it with kindness lol

The fact they can go in and kidnap a president of an actual large nation, makes you appreciate Gaza’s resilience. America could bring Venezuela to its knees and complete surrender in a week. That tiny strip faced the entire might of the American axis alone.

You don’t need a perfect partner. You need someone who can regulate their emotions, admit when they fck up, and actually sit with uncomfortable conversations without shutting down, flipping it on you, or throwing low blows every time sht gets real.

This is probably the least of it.. but covering his eyes and ears to deprive him of his senses is a war crime - something the Americans do all the time. And taking a photo of a detainee to humiliate them or to satisfy public curiosity is also a Geneva Convention violation.

Also surprised how quiet China and Russia were after the U.S. removed Maduro? Hardly any outrage. Hardly any condemnation. So here’s my theory: There was a trade-off. – The U.S. takes Venezuela’s resources – Russia gets a big part of Ukraine – China gets Taiwan Bookmark this.

An Israeli soldier films himself blowing up a Palestinian building as a "gift" to his wife, citing the biblical call to "wipe off the memory of Amalek. He filming his own war crimes as a romantic gesture is not a rogue actor-he is the ideal citizen of apartheid state
