Agreed. But those 2 things are way very broad goals that don’t immediately translate to tactical use cases for AI For me, it’s a thought process thing. I just haven’t trained myself to identify and resort to AI for daily things. Been trying to improve as it’s helped a ton when I use it for certain stuff

Here’s the truth Business owners - if you don’t invest time and effort in your CRM at least once per quarter, you will slow the growth of your business Can you scale well without a CRM? Of course, I’ve worked with 7-fig businesses getting by with group text before getting a CRM. But if you like to think about your business And if you like to ask questions that could help with growth - from testing new offers to finding trends in the highest paying customers - then the only way you can do that reliably is by using a CRM Does it take effort? Yes. Will you have all the answers right away? No, and you shouldn’t. Your CRM should evolve as your business does. And ideally be flexible in structure and functionality to adapt as you scale. So use a CRM, or don’t. Just know that if you are someone who ideates and wonders about your business… Like thinking how it could grow, which areas to focus on, year-over-year growth, etc. You cannot do this reliably long-term without a CRM.
