@HSHS_Principal I have learned that through these crucial conversations, growth happens with both sides of the conversation. The person I am addressing gets feedback from my viewpoint, but just as importantly, I get feedback on my performance and how I can support which is just as meaningful

Some topics are above my head and what tends to happen is that we may hesitate to respond or may not respond at all. I am working on learning from the mistakes that are made and get better. So being vulnerable can be a challenge.
