Wonderful to hear how Funmi, Sara and the team are running an amazing foodbank with food for all tastes and cultures! The centre is a haven for people to just come and chill, use the free wi-fi or to seek advice. Addresses isolation with a warm welcome. Well done team!

Immensely impressed with the Felixstowe Port Health Team & Suffolk Trading Standards; what amazing work they do to keep us healthy & safe! Nothing gets past them! The checks on food coming into the busiest port are rig and rob! @felixstowe_port @EastSuffolk @SCPHAuk @SuffolkFire

Another high street; another MP's office - great accessibility for the public to our public servants & good to meet with @Jenny4SuffCoast & her team. We had good chat about local issues, education, particularly SEND provision. @SuffolkPolice @suffolkcc @BBCSuffolk @EastSuffolk

So the visit to Norwich Airport gave me a chance to meet some of my fellow High Sheriffs from our region: PatrickLines (Norfolk) and Camilla King (Beds). @NorwichAirport @EastAngliAirAmb

The @EastAngliAirAmb service is shared across the region (Beds, Cambs, Norfolk, & Suffolk) with a 'copter base in Cambridge as well. @BBCSuffolk @suffolkcc @SNEEICB_IES @SuffolkPolice @SNEEICB_WS @SuffolkFire @HSheriffCambs @HSheriffNorfolk @CASuffolk @suffolkgiving

Driving over the border to Norfolk, felt a bit like I was deserting my post as HS of Suffolk! But it was worth it to see the mind-blowing & awe-inspiring wk of the @EastAngliAirAmb service. Saving lives by getting to emergencies super quick is not to be underestimated.
