Big takeaway: the ability to maximize a healthy and satisfying sex life into older adulthood is not only related to health and physical functioning, but also our attitudes and social connections

A new study at #Mizzou found that older adults who feel positive about aging tend to have a healthier sex life. The adults with positive perceptions of aging not only had more satisfaction during sex but also had sex more frequently. ➡️bit.ly/MUAging
