Not the first impression I was hoping to make. I am now officially part of the NIH Not Discussed Club 😢 Tomorrow I’ll persevere. For today, I’m gutted as I spent the better part of last year working on this proposal & was so excited for the chance to get started on the science.

What would be some seminal papers that talk about program evaluation?

Journal: “please review this paper for us. You have 21 days” Me: “yeah okay, I can do that” * 7 days later * Journal: actually we have enough information to make a decision so we don’t need your review anymore ???
