@LloydsBank Shocked at quality of service and safety of my accounts. No spotting of 35 fraudulent transactions of identical amounts of money in 5 different locations over 6 days. No logging or actions from my call to report 4 days ago. So far 2 hours waiting to log complaint ..

After a 6 month delay due to “the call” finally on my way to visit Stanley Road Primary to meet @primarypercival to see their writing curriculum. Not loving the red eye flight though !
