@HWLHCCG Thank you, we looked at this, but she doesn't have any photo ID. She had to surrender her driving licence because of her ill health and has no passport. Is the GP surgery able to sign her up over the phone? It sounds like there's a paper form involved?

@HWLHCCG Any advice for people trying to use the Prescription Ordering Service? The phone line is overwhelmed. My mother-in-law is being told by the pharmacist to drop her prescription request into the GP, but she's isolating and the GP surgery has closed its doors.

E.g. Do you have an email address for existing customers to request their repeat? It sounds like it's new customers overwhelming the phone line. All very understandable, but it's pushing people who already depend upon the service into crisis.

We would like to thank everyone who has registered an interest in becoming a Community Ambassador. Due to COVID-19, we have decided to pause the recruitment of Community Ambassadors at this time. We will be relaunching the recruitment of the voluntary roles in the future.

Have you and your family had the MMR vaccination? It protects you against measles, mumps and rubella. Full protection requires 2 doses, so it’s important to check with your GP practice if you're not sure. A catch-up vaccination is also available. nhs.uk/MMR

The most common symptoms of #coronavirus are: New continuous cough OR High temperature (37.8 degrees or higher) If you have either of these, you need to: ➡️ stay at home ➡️ not leave your house for 7 days from when your symptoms started More advice: nhs.uk/coronavirus
