@JLcustserv been on the phone for 1 hour 1 minute trying to get hold of customer services re a carpet fitting today booked between 8am-12pm that hasn’t arrived - then been cut off before anyone answered. Any other way of contacting you other than being on hold for 40+ mins?

@JLcustserv Yes after hours trying to get through to customer services I have been advised that after taking an annual leave day today and waiting in for delivery that no one can contact the fitter and it may have to be rescheduled. Absolutely appalling customer service
