The problem isn’t the fact that physical players want to stick together. Many of us cheered when Jeremy Collins pulled it off. The problem is dismissing other gameplay in the name of “honor” and “integrity”, which usually just means “vote out players not like us”. #Survivor

Hi Charlie! I agree corporate profits are not always aligned with worker interest. I noticed your org sells merch printed on Next Level and Gildan blanks, both made in Latin America. Gildan uses factories with a record of labor abuse. Would you be interested in sourcing from US?

Everyone agrees that globalization was good for corporate profits. No one is arguing that. But it was also bad for ordinary American workers. The two are not always in alignment. What is good for corporate profits is not always good for America. On the other hand, what is good for America will also, ultimately, be good for American corporations. The stock market rises and falls on corporations' profits, but the future of America rises and falls on the strength of America's people, workers, and families. The fall of American manufacturing meant that 90,000 factories closed, 5 million workers lost their jobs, and countless communities were gutted, while an elite few became spectacularly rich. Not only do tariffs put workers first, President Trump's tariff policies are also deconstructing the fake, sugar high Biden economy that was built on an unsustainable house of cards of permanent deficit spending, illegal immigration, and loose monetary policy. President Trump is building the foundation for healthier, made-in-America growth that doesn't leave workers and their families behind. Ultimately, corporations will benefit too. Just like there was a pull back when Reagan took office as he fought inflation and economic malaise which gave birth to the bull run of the 80s, President Trump's policies can and I believe will deliver an economic boom.

I am absolutely devastated that we lost our villainous king at his first tribal. Thomas brought a sense of levity and wit to this game that we rarely see and you could tell that he was having FUN while also showing a lot of social intelligence and strategy #Survivor #Survivor48

The adventure of a lifetime - I just wish the adventure could have kept going. To my knowledge, this was one of the longest Tribal Councils in #Survivor history, and, in what should come as a surprise to no one, not everything could make it from the island to our television screens. Believe me, I wanted this more than anything, and I have a burning desire to play Survivor. There were very powerful discussions not shown that I felt were not my place to participate in. I knew when to argue my points and fight for my life in the game, and I knew when to sit back, not interject and simply listen. I’m leaving Fiji with my head held high knowing that I did what was best in that situation. Though this wasn’t the outcome I was hoping for, none of this would have even been possible without the help from so many. Thank you to Caitlin for finding me. Thank you to Jesse for pushing for me. Thank you to Matt, Hudson, Andrea, Molly, and Joyce for guiding me. And thank you to Jeff for believing in me. I have so much respect for the camera, microphone, and sound crews, the medical teams, the staff at Ponderosa, the producers, the editors, the photographers, the art department, the wardrobe department, the design team, the Dream Teamers, the social and PR team, the reporters, the podcasters - there are countless amounts of people who make our favorite series the wonderful showcase we look forward to enjoying every week; I want to acknowledge them all for their hard work and for making this experience so incredible in every single way. In closing, I ask that we all please remember that this is a game, and I’m honored to celebrate in this collective journey we were all fortunate to share. I hope my story inspires you to challenge yourself, take a risk, and do something out of your comfort zone (even if it’s starting small and trying pineapple on your pizza for a change).

[THREAD] This #WomensHistoryMonth, let's not forget how many of our rights were only won in recent decades, and weren’t given by asking nicely and waiting. We need to fight for our rights. Here's are a few examples:
