Our polysome modelling software (polyan) is freely available on @pypi (usually just run “pip install polyan” in your Python environment). Detailed instructions for use and example datasets are on @protocolsIO protocols.io/view/using-pol…

Some Ribo-Seq datasets show lower similarity with experimental profiles. With these datasets we also find other indicators of poor dataset quality - projecting your datasets into polysome profiles is a good tool for checking dataset integrity.
