Here is our new methods paper, out today: SKI TRIP: a toolkit for tissue-specific profiling of actively translated mRNAs in C. elegans. Wonderful collaboration with @William_Mair @fetzli @EmiBruckisch @AnneOkit

We just published a ‘SKI TRIP’ Single-copy Knock In Translating Ribosome ImmunoPrecipitation tool kit in C. elegans to pull down cell type specific mRNAs - importantly without resulting in bias in transcript use, changes to translation or measures of fitness.
