Whenever frustrated with the progress, look back at the plan goals and the data supporting. Plan to lift 4 days a week but only get 1? Don’t get mad at the scale or mirror, keep a log and track. Data doesn’t have feelings. @HabitKit is the best I’ve seen for tracking.

Made @HabitKit's widget theme customizable, independent of the system theme. Users have been requesting this for so long now, I HAD to implement it...
