I fucked up, why is my schedule like this today.

I had a password automatically generated from somethings on a form that I filled out last year and since I didn’t have the form it was basically a guessing game of which combo of fields I needed to use… the relief I felt when I finally got it combined with the frustration

Well I’m fight Daylight Saving Time and it’s winning.

I woke up an hour early (so 2 with dst?) because I had a thought that maybe I didn’t actually hit record when I did my last interview and I had to go check… not that I could do anything about that if it turned out to be true (it wasn’t), so thanks for that brain.

Spend 30 minutes fighting with the kids to get them ready for swimming, spend the time getting there and then 10 minutes in they are cancelled because of a pool poop. Like it isn’t anyone’s fault here, but sigh.

One of the reasons PDD-NOS, Autism Disorder, And Asperger's Syndrome (all were separate categories in the DSM) were eliminated and placed under Autism Spectrum is because the Board of the DSM found that the same person could go into 5 different clinics... 1/

@adhdjesse I’ve imagined it will be like recording a really long podcast episode - so definitely extra water and a sticky note to remind you to read even slower than you think.

How does one prepare for recording an audiobook? And in typical ADHD fashion, when I say "prepare" I actually mean "cram in the last moment because I'm recording tomorrow" 😱

While drinking my coffee this morning it occurred to me the over the weekend I never actually uploaded a new podcast episode - I had one ready to go, just completely missed that last step of putting it in the queue. Gotta wonder if I have ADHD or something.

Whenever I go to the doctor I usually have trouble coming up with questions on the spot so I just had the thought that to better prepare for an appointment it might be useful to ask ChatGPT about some potential questions I might want to ask about what ever my particular concern
