ME SAY:……
“In this bloodbath and bludgeoning, I will be bloodied but unbowed.”
That statement from Vice President Sara Duterte was not merely a line for the cameras. It was a declaration of political survival, defiance, and resolve in the face of what is clearly becoming a brutal impeachment trial spectacle.
She knows the stakes. She knows the machinery arrayed against her. She knows this ordeal is not only legal, but deeply political. Yet instead of retreating, she stands her ground — bloodied perhaps, but certainly NOT BROKEN!
That is COURAGE UNDER SIEGE! That is STEADINESS UNDER FIRE! That is a woman telling her detractors: you may wound me politically, but you will not bend me morally.
And that is exactly why the whole Philippines — and yes, the whole world — should pay attention. Because this trial is no longer just about one Vice President. It is about power, political persecution and crucifixion, political vengeance, and whether due process still means anything when the target is someone the powerful want destroyed.
Bloodbath? Bludgeoning? Perhaps.
But UNBOWED? Absolutely.

Some professionals bring more than legal expertise to the table they also understand the power of communication.
Atty. Sheila Sison, with academic training in both AB Communication Arts and Law, brings together two disciplines that can complement each other in advocacy: legal knowledge and effective communication.
In high-profile cases, arguments are tested not only in the courtroom but also in the court of public opinion. The ability to communicate clearly, think strategically, and present complex issues persuasively can be just as important as knowing the law.
Sometimes, the best legal strategy begins with choosing the right advocate.
