HC R7 Course Record @kirkvickers1 Hard on the lungs, taste of blood at end! I went hard to the sweeping left then paid for it in the final section but managed to hold on. Happy to beat my course record which was the goal. Well done to all riders & to @HafrenCC for a great event.

HC R7 Women's winner @emmaserjeant1 Love the @HafrenCC Hill Climb, Pentre Beirdd is the hill that keeps on giving! Pushed really hard up & around top corner, always forget how far finish line is from corner. Cheers of support from roadside helped me find extra push to the finish.
