URGENT HELP NEEDED🚨! The parents of a 4-year-old boy, Mukhtar Rabi’u, who lives in Kungaɗak area of Bununu town, are seeking public assistance to save his life. The child has been battling this illness for about seven months, which has caused severe swelling of his abdomen. His stomach is regularly drained of fluid every other day, and the fluid is even coming out from his private part. Despite their efforts, the condition has become overwhelming for the family due to their limited financial means.
