@IceManIsaac I also didnt do any coffee, just multivitamin, and Water. I dont weight train or anything, I just did Yoga at the time. I felt great. Just caved to the cravings lol

@IceManIsaac I went and did a fast for Originally just a 48 hour, but then ended up being 5 Days. After about 30ish hours or so, I felt great. Like I could just keep going. The cravings didnt really ever die down. But you dont get that sluggish feeling much, and I just felt better.

Anyone with experience in a 72 hour fast? How'd it treat you? Would you recommend? I've been doing a bit of research on it. Seems like it could be a nice mental/physical reset and a nice kick start to the Spring/Summer fitness routine.
