@cybergibbons Bulletin Kill has been around since I was a news pup. It means, “do not use under any circumstance.” Dates back to teletype. It would be the all-caps top kick to get yr attention.

I really want to understand the process that is called a "KILL NOTIFICATION" and "MANDATORY KILL". It's a photo not a fucking target. Where has this weird military language come from? Where has it been used before? Why didn't the APs own site know about it?

Been listening to the live collection "Bob Dylan at Budokan". A 1978 recording. Two nights,four CDs. Wildly different arrangements but that is another aspect of what I consider his genius. Horns. Different vocals. Different everything. All of the music works the way he wants it to. Dylan does Dylan better than anyone does themselves. @bobdylan @bobdylancenter
