Birmingham was the second most bombed city in the UK during the Second World War. More than 12,000 homes were destroyed. Over 4,000 prefabs were built across the city as part of the Temporary Housing programme. 🛠️ Many remain and 16 on Wake Green Road are Grade II listed.
