On November 10th, I successfully defended my PhD thesis, marking the culmination of an incredible journey in organoiron chemistry. This achievement reflects years of curiosity, persistence, and collaboration — a path shaped by both scientific rigor and human connection.

I’m deeply grateful to my advisors, colleagues, and research partners who challenged and supported me throughout this journey.

I dedicate this prize to my grandfather, with whom I proudly shared my full name for years. He passed away earlier this week, and his influence has been invaluable throughout my journey. This achievement is a tribute to his memory.

Yesterday, I had the esteemed privilege of participating in La journée de l’école doctorale 2MIB, where I presented my PhD research on iron catalysis. I was deeply honored to receive my third prize during my PhD journey, marking my first one for oral communication.

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 3rd summer school "Catalysis: From Understanding to Applications" in Albi, France. This enriching experience allowed me to dive deeper into the field of catalysis, surrounded by experts and peers who share my passion.

During the event, I presented a poster detailing the results of my research on iron(II)-catalyzed transposition of alkenes. I was honored to win, for the second time this year, the best poster prize, a recognition that underscores the significance of this chapter of my work.
