@Coachgray424 @SamaHoole Yes dark chocolate is good. BUT - you have to check the extra ingredients/additives. Also, milk chocolate, with sugar, is good too. Just make sure it's real chocolate, and no extra ingredients. With that said, you have to see how your body & gut reacts to it.

Testosterone is made from cholesterol. Oestrogen is made from cholesterol. Cortisol is made from cholesterol. Vitamin D is made from cholesterol. Bile acids that digest fat are made from cholesterol. Progesterone, which sustains pregnancy, is made from cholesterol. Every cell membrane in your body contains cholesterol. Every nerve is insulated by myelin, which is largely cholesterol. Every memory you form requires cholesterol to build the synapse that holds it. Your brain is 60% fat, mostly cholesterol. Breast milk is rich in cholesterol because infant brains cannot develop without it. Nature, given the job of designing the perfect first food, put cholesterol in it. When you eat less of it, the liver makes more. Because the body knows it cannot function without it. We declared war on cholesterol in 1977. Testosterone in men has dropped 25%. Vitamin D deficiency is now endemic. One in three adults over fifty is on a statin lowering the cholesterol the body is desperately trying to maintain. Depression rates have tripled. Infertility rates have doubled. The war is going well.

@Goyim12345 @Lunatic__Fringe @SamaHoole You don't know what you are talking about. The best are simple sugars, such as orange juice, white sugar, honey etc. White rice if well cooked etc. Starches take a lot to digest which means they will feed bacteria in your gut which means your liver will have to work hard to detox

@Lunatic__Fringe @SamaHoole If you eat only meat - your metabolism will slow down your body will secret cortisol and because sugar is necessary, it will create it from the protein you eat or from your own tissue (gluconeogenesys) JUST FUCKING EAT SOME SUGARS!!!! Like pure white sugar, ripe fruits, honey etc

@Lunatic__Fringe @SamaHoole High cholesterol, means your metabolism is low. If your metabolism is high, your body will use that cholesterol to do useful things such as create hormones, bile acid etc. That's why sugar is very very important = it raises the metabolic rate.

@SamaHoole High cholesterol, just means that your metabolism is low. If you had high metabolism, your body would use that so called high cholesterol to make hormones, bile acids, vitamin d etc etc. Study Ray Peat and those things will make more sense.

Here's why you don't have to worry about having high LDL on carnivore. It's the sugar and the seed oils that are the problem. Carnivore eliminates them. jointheruminati.com/carnivore-chol…

(Giovanni Affinita)

@simonmaechling Worst thing I did in my life, was to take that shitty moderna vaccine. Before I took it, it was very rare that I get sick. After taking it, because forced to do so, (the second dose was brutal, weakest I have ever been in my life) - I started getting sick very easily. Fuck big PH

So everyone is an expert on Hantavirus now? The fact that Moderna had been working on this for years is not a conspiracy. It shows how important mRNA vaccines are.

@NastyT374 @MrWhiplash_ @TiaCrucio I am not an expert, but I recommend also using Tudca and look for supplements to improve liver function, because fenbendazole can be harsh on the liver. Taking something like tudca has only positives both for people with or without cancer.

🚨 THE CANCER PROTOCOL WHICH EVERYONE IS SHARING IN PRIVATE This is an integrative cancer protocol which is driving massive attention right now. It blends repurposed medications, targeted nutrients, and metabolic support into one multi-angle approach. Why it's getting attention: · Repurposed agents aimed at cancer metabolism and signaling. · Immune and liver support layered in from day one. · Anti-inflammatory and anti-melastatic compounds work together. · Nutrition and fasting are used as chemosenitizers. This is not guesswork; this is pure science, and we share this information regularly. #Ivermectin #Fenbendazole #Mebendazole #Cancer #PharmacyinUSA FOLLOW ME, THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING

@recouso Europe is shit, Spain is one of the best countries to be at in Europe - with that said, all things you said are bullshit. One coffee might not have or give you wifi, up to them. Many businesses decide to close on Sunday, up to them.

Okay guys, had a few cultural shocks in Spain: > Go to the gym, opens 10am on a Sunday > Go to work from a coworking, closed > Go to a coffee shop, no wifi Absolutely unthinkable in a barely productive economy like the US, yet alone UAE. Europe is a daylight museum.

@MasterMaliq The assumption is incorrect. Let's look at the world and the wars, and it's Christians waging war. Which war was done by Muslims against non Muslims in the last century? Every fucking war is done by Christians or jews. Iraq, Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, Vietnam, Afghanistan etcetc

People love to say “every religion has extremists.” Fine, I agree. Now let’s be honest. Point me to a Christian extremist group today that is openly killing in the name of Jesus, holding the Bible as justification, the same way some Muslim groups loudly claim Islam. Until then, we need stop forcing a comparison that doesn’t match reality.

Israel says they have a religious right to the holy land. Most Christians do not agree with that interpretation. No Muslim believes that. Even a lot of Jews don't believe that. Why do the rest of us have to give credence to this point from a tiny minority of religious zealots?
