Majorkas/Biden admin simply decided to circumvent them 3. literally sued to keep border open 4. hundreds of thousands of these illegal immigrants have committed subsequent crimes 5. the electoral consequences are impossible to fully measure (congressional apportionment, literal votes, electoral college) 6. cost to the taxpayers in the hundreds of billions for welfare and now enforcement and deportation this is one of the best documented and worst prosecuted crimes of all time
