Tiny design detail: nested border radii look really funky if they're the same. To maintain the same curvature, the outer radius = inner radius + padding.

@frantzfries This feels like a sweeping generalisation. Paced delivery can ensure new users are not overwhelmed and have a clear path to get started. Product teams too often assume that users have the same competency & product knowledge as them.

My least favorite SaaS trend has to be the guided onboarding tool that just points to buttons. If your UI needs a guided tour to the icons on your screen, you messed up.

One of my favorite counter-intuitive B2B product tricks is deleting customers. If you’re not going to win their business next year, then don’t worry about building more features to meet their needs. Just help them with the general product and move on. Avoid custom work.
