Mount Sinai's Children's Environmental Health Center has urged a national moratorium on new artificial turf installations. The EU has already moved to ban crumb rubber under their microplastics regulations. A 2025 Northeastern study found that as turf degrades in sunlight and heat, the chemicals multiply into 572+ distinct compounds. Johnson's protocol tracked his biological age across 70+ organs, measured his rate of aging down to a DunedinPACE score of 0.69, and optimized every minute of his sleep cycle to the nearest degree Fahrenheit. His home was converted into a $6.8M Blueprint clinic. And the backyard was quietly doing the opposite of everything happening inside. The fact that he caught it, said it publicly, and is ripping it out is the part worth paying attention to. Most people with artificial turf have no idea what's in it and aren't running the bloodwork to find out.
