@Vitality_UK how about you send all your customers a survey monkey link to see what we think of your rubbish new rewards game? You can then see what everyone really thinks of the ‘improved’ (reduction in benefits) that you have imposed on paying customers

@Vitality_UK I tried using my itsu voucher today and even though I was choosing the latest one, it kept showing me the one that I have already used that expired today, and the ppl there told me I had to talk to u cuz there was nothing they could do! 😡

@Vitality_UK only 20% chance of getting 2 rewards and less than 1% for 3 rewards so already poor, no incentive now to get 40 points a week, we don’t shop in Waitrose and I already have an Apple Watch - even though platinum and no claims the premiums go up loads each year! What’s the point?

@Vitality_UK hi. Disappointed with latest ‘incentivisation programme’ where you have a game of chance which does not correlate to how much effort is applied to activities. And reward great if you live in eg London but North of Manchester, choice is super limited.
