A quick shout out to @ItsuOfficial in Wimbledon, who replaced the veggie sushi my daughter had bought but which had fallen through the bottom of an Itsu bag and hit the floor on her way home, without question. Great customer service and they made her very happy!

@ItsuOfficial your Oxford store staff need hygiene training. Bought some Bao buns, and they were cold. Told staff member who stuck her finger in them to test the temp! Was given a new batch of 3, again not warm, so she put her finger in these too! Was then given a refund.
