So this police officer stops my friend, claiming it’s an offence not to wear a reflector — in broad daylight even though my friend was in full reflective gear. Then, the officer takes his bike and rides off… No helmet. No gloves. Makes an illegal U-turn. Rides on the footpath. Reckless all the way. Let’s not forget he’s riding a bike that doesn’t even belong to him. Now here’s the real question: How do you enforce rules that you yourself don’t follow?
