@TimRamboReal @ImmutableXY yeah, old products are more innovated in functions, nowadays just more and more focus on appearance. I'm fond of the pure mechanism like oil cars, not eletric ones with multiple screens and fancy AI works.

@TopRamenKiller @UPLIFTDesk Oh yeah! I originally went down the path of trying to use some of those for my main monitor mount, but all the ones I found weren't meant to support hanging weight. And they are SO expensive lol

I was looking at a monitor arm so I can free up desk space with my graphics tablet whenever I'm not using it. Going from $40usd to $94aud this STINKS
