The solution to our problems is not the Bible. @Truth_matters20 The solution is Jesus. Jesus did not stop speaking 2000 years ago when the contents of scripture were closed. Jesus is alive and continues to reveal his new word and truth every day. “I have much more to tell you.” The Bible has a purpose but your Bible is not Jesus!

'I actually knew Christ as well as you do.' I believed I 'knew' Christ, but as soon as I had serious doubts Christ disappeared.

So, until there's evidence to the contrary, this is the idea we should accept. 'We need discernment' Yes, it takes a village to raise a child.

We need discernment to separate good thoughts from evil thoughts. We credit God as providing that discernment. Not everyone interprets thoughts the same.

He doesn't know if it's going to be morning, or evening, or Monday or Friday, but he knows it'll be within a generation. Why were he, Paul and John so wrong? Famously, he even murdered the whole world, including many innocent children. Murder is often his solution of choice.
