We see these pics of the ultra-wealthy gathering with air filtration, masked staff and, no doubt, testing as well as many other mitigating & preventative measures in place & I have to ask what you think they are protecting themselves from & why don’t you & yours deserve the same.
tern@1goodtern

Oh my word. Zoom in on the people in the background. The ultra rich know how to keep themselves safe. 👀 x.com/i/status/20217…

Access to Work has just cut my in-work support by 73% Quite how they decided I can see 73% better & walk 73% better, is beyond me. But I sure am looking forward to receiving the magic (inaccessible) letter arriving that will tell me about this miracle cure.

It will never make sense to me that so many people are not making an effort to prevent being reinfected by a virus that keeps being linked to neurodegeneration. A mask is slightly inconvenient. Neurodegeneration is very inconvenient.

NYU researchers studied 179 people and found that long COVID is linked to enlarged choroid plexus and reduced brain blood flow, both tied to Alzheimer’s markers and cognitive decline. alz-journals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/al…

COVID-19 is not just a respiratory virus. It's a vascular virus that has broad, systemic impacts on blood vessels, the immune system, and every organ in the body. If you believe otherwise, you've been deceived. We deserve better than lies and abandonment. It's time we demand it.

They can boycott and protest against other forms of oppression and stand up for what they believe in but when it comes to disabled and immunocompromised people its easier to just move on. Who cares About vulnerable people in society, let alone your own sibling/friend

Masking in shared spaces in my home now as i can only control myself. If i dont try to protect myself, no one else will. If i catch covid from a loved one, and get more disabled, get more chronic pain or die, will anyone reflect on their actions?

Hey y’all - so ICE murdered a man in Texas by taking away his father and caregiver. So many people have posted about Wael but the family needs material support Here is the go fund me: gofundme.com/f/support-mahe…
The Cradle@TheCradleMedia

Son of caregiver held in ICE detention over unfounded PLO allegations dies; father barred from funeral —— Wael Tarabishi, a 30 year old US citizen with severe Pompe disease, died on 23 January in a Texas intensive care unit after his father and full time caregiver, Maher Tarabishi, was detained by US immigration authorities. Maher, a Jordanian national, was arrested on 28 October 2025 during a routine check in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Dallas and held more than 200 miles away. Relatives said Wael, who had undergone 36 surgeries and was confined to bed, suffered a rapid health decline without his father’s daily care. He was hospitalized with sepsis and pneumonia and spent days in intensive care calling for his father, including during a month long ICU stay, before his death. Family members said officers ignored Maher’s long standing legal permission to remain in the US as his son’s caregiver and detained him despite explanations at the scene. ICE later alleged that Maher was a criminal and a member of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), which has not been designated a terrorist group since 1987, a claim relatives described as unfounded. ICE did not allow him to attend his son's funeral.

They are trying to kill us in incredibly violent ways, but it's not always with guns. So many people still die either of Covid or other untreated illnesses while in ICE custody. They are known to withhold medical care from the people they abduct. Stay safe comrades!!

You should mask up now more than ever. Because of the surveillance state, but also because Covid still kills 100k/yr in the acute phase Covid is also the no.1 cause of death for fascist pigs. Which means they come to your neighborhoods sick and infect your communities too
Mother Jones@MotherJones

The Trump administration has repeatedly claimed that it needs to send the military into American cities because of the unique danger faced by federal agents. But, according to ICE's own data, the leading cause of death for agents is COVID-19. You can read the full report here: tinyurl.com/mwc85xf5
