Reta did upset my sleep a bit. I’d get a solid 5 hours and wake up staring at the ceiling. I added HGH about 7 weeks after the Reta. Hgh at 2ius at night helped with the sleep. I lost 23 pounds initially with the Reta titrating up to 3mg e6d starting at 1mg. Since adding the Hgh I have gained 3 pounds back, probably a little water weight, but I can tell I am still leaning out. Getting vascularity in my quads. I have not measured my HR/HRV. Blood pressure is still fine.
