其实CRS的核心就是资金最终停在美国券商时，在中途的中转账户中CRS会不会自动把这个账户的信息报回中国？
分析下：
对于A：大陆银行 → 美国银行 → IBKR/嘉信
这个能避免CRS自动报告，因为CRS只报告非居民账户，美国银行和IBKR以及Schwab的美国主体都不参与CRS，注意这里是美国主体，如果你开的是香港账户或者在IBKR开了某些CRS的交易权限时，也是有可能被交换的。
所以美国主体是不会自动把账户余额、收益、流水报给中国税务的。
B：大陆银行 → 香港银行 → IBKR/嘉信
这个会被CRS报告。香港银行是CRS参与机构，会把中国税务居民的香港账户包括了余额、利息、资金流入/流出、总收益等每年自动报给香港税务局，再交换给中国税务总局。
这里有一个穿透风险，就是即使钱很快就转到美国券商，香港账户的流水也会把去向美国券商暴露出来。中国税务能间接看到你有大额海外投资。
C：大陆以外资金 → 美国银行 → IBKR/嘉信
这种肯定最好😂因为资金本来就在境外，切断所有被追踪的环节。
