I assume they are now working through the data to verify the assets themselves. My work is done with this. I travelled to the US and worked with the SEC to provide the knowledge and insight required for self-verification. No one paid me. I earned nothing, gained nothing, and spent around $11,000 on the round trip to Delaware. Once that's done, they will burn those remaining UST assets in the final 8 Trial Exhibit P301 wallet list, just like they burned the remaining USTC in the LFG reserve. But I am sure members of the LUNC community will fight tooth and nail to ensure the remaining 2.8 billion USTC on Binance belonging to Terraform Labs burns through a legal route, as the SEC have. At this stage, I have done all I can, given everything I can, and burned $18,000 worth of my own hard-earned YouTube revenue. We run a totally non-profit wallet available on Apple and Android, we have LUNCDash metrics & tools, LUNC Recover, LUNCDash Auto Compound—even sacrificing my Christmas with my own family because LUNC needed the court extension. If I had not gone to the US, the entire TFL x Do Kwon x May 2022 crash would be a closed case and those remaining assets lost forever... Instead, you have an entire year to bring legal charges against those responsible and I gave the SEC all the data and evidence to prove those assets remain... I am sure validators like @Allnodes & @Dutchlunc will make the same sacrifice I made when I held 9.2% voting power and introduced a new module similar to the DCM's function. When I did this, my voting power reduced to 2.8%. Not only did I give up a heap of voting power for the greater good, but also a huge monthly paycheck because I knew the chain needed balance, not more centralised actors draining it and giving nothing back. At this point, I work full time to pay for my validators' running costs, LUNCDash, the mobile apps, all our metrics & tools, along with regular maintenance upgrades. I run totally cost-negative. Anyway, support goes to validators who do nothing but talk about LUNC, provide nothing but a drain and strain on the ecosystem. Allnodes & Dutch LUNC will be the direct reason many validators now eject and shut down—probably including myself at some stage—as they are the only ones in profit now. They have a responsiblity to come forward and either fix it themselves or work with others to help fix it. LUNC must be rebalanced, it's that simple or we continue building a blockchain for 2 validators who are profiting while we all slave away for them... I hope you get that USTC burned in the end. I did everything I could.
