Disagree. Father sons are a wonderful tradition. Academies are the best thing to grow the sport. Not about the players drafted. The 100s of kids who are bouncing a Sherrin around, learning skills, taking their folks to games. That’s the thing that makes the biggest impact. #AFL

He might lead by example and push for higher standards, but he doesn’t bring players along with him. They don’t look up to him or see him as someone to follow the way they do with others. He just hasn’t built that connection — and I don’t think he ever will. Great player, but not a great leader. #GoDons
