@TicketmasterUK How do you actually get to talk to a human? Your online chat is just a bot. My tickets haven't turned up and I'm being sent round in circles.

@TicketmasterCS It literally doesn't. I say where are my tickets. Only options are change to mobile or wait for tickets. Say change to mobile. It then ends the chat and I get an email saying they can't change the tickets to mobile.
