@HapticLab Thanks for that info, Haptic. In this case, can you open your POS App, and go to the 'Support' option within your Main Menu. From there, you should be able to find some contact information that you can use to connect directly with our Retail Team so we can investigate. -Imogen

We know that some customers may encounter errors when attempting to check out. Alternative payment methods, such as PayPal Express, are still working for impacted customers. We’re sharing updates regularly at shopifystatus.com as we work to resolve this.

@HapticLab Are you able to provide me with an image of where this error is appearing? Is it appearing within the POS App on your device, or somewhere else in relation to your POS system? -Imogen
