I once helped someone apply for a job I really wanted. We both went for the interview. They got it. I didn’t. I won’t lie — it hurt. But months later, that same person called me and said, “They’re opening another position. I recommended you.” This time, I got the job. What felt like a loss… was planting a seed. Never regret helping someone grow. Have you ever lost something that later made sense? 💛

People have been asking me where I’ve been, here’s where…
For the past couple months I’ve been working a dream job as a First Team Scout for Como 1907.
“There’s always a Ben Mattinson tweet” has gone professional. Only God!🙌🏽
To not only land my first role at a club, but for it to be Como, a project I’ve spoken about so much, I’m over the moon. My first Arsenal shirt had #4 for Cesc Fábregas. Now he’s the manager at the club I work for. Surreal.
I always had aspirations to work in football but didn’t know how to achieve it. Just over 2 years ago I started using my personal Twitter account to post threads on upcoming players as a portfolio of work in hope that I’d one day land a dream job. What I didn’t expect was to be a part of a great community, connect with so many amazing people and meet some lifelong friends.
My goal has always been to showcase an eye for talent and constantly strive for development to improve my process along the way. Learning never stops. A platform like this enabled me to learn from great minds.
It’s never been about engagement, likes or followers etc. It was about being obsessed with identifying and analysing talent but most importantly, being consistent.
For anyone looking to go down a similar route, I can’t stress this enough… SHOW UP. When you don’t feel like it, show up. When it’s the last thing you feel like doing, show up. Consistency is everything.
I would spend time watching games of a player, making notes, write a thread on them, collect videos and photos, only for it to get 5 likes. But my consistency meant I didn’t care, I knew the constant content would compound and ‘force’ my goals to happen.
Anyways, thank you all for the support along the journey. We’re just getting started.

Stupid take…a very wise old man told me “ a tree can touch the heavens only when its roots have touched hell” this quote can apply to many things especially this
This might work in the beginning sure.. but you will never reach the pinnacle of it not knowing what you’re talking about
Yes, always reach a tad bud outside of the edge of your knowledge and comfort zone but if you go to too far out you’ll fall

Everyone teaching automation is lying to you.
You don't need to know n8n. You don't need to code.
A kid DM'd me 3 weeks ago basically saying "make me money." Zero skills. Zero experience.
Yesterday he closed his first $8K deal. Still can't explain what a webhook is.
Here's exactly what I told him:
Stop learning automation. Start selling it.
The entire industry wants you to "master n8n first" or "learn make" or whatever. That's backwards. That's why you're broke.
Here's the actual playbook:
1. Find businesses first. Walk into any dentist, accountant, or restaurant. Say it's for a university project if you're nervous. Ask one question: "What tasks waste 2+ hours of your day?"
2. LISTEN. Don't pitch. Don't mention automation. Just understand their daily hell. Dentists? Admin nightmare. Hair salons? Booking chaos. Every business has something they hate doing.
3. Leave. Go home. Open ChatGPT/Claude. Type: "How would I automate [their exact problem]?" Get a basic solution. Don't overcomplicate it.
4. Go back with confidence. Say: "I can make that 2-hour task take 2 minutes." Show them on paper. Not technical. Just "this happens automatically instead of manually."
5. Get paid FIRST. Always. "It'll be $5K to set this up." They'll either pay or they won't. If they won't, next business. Don't build anything for free.
6. NOW figure out how to build it. Use Synta.io - type what you want in plain English, it builds the n8n workflow. Or pay someone $200 on Upwork to build it while you keep $4,800.
That kid I mentioned?
Week 1: Talked to 6 businesses
Week 2: Got 3 interested
Week 3: Closed one for $8K
Week 4: Delivered using Synta (took 4 hours)
He still doesn't know what JSON means.
The tools available now are insane. Synta builds automations from descriptions. Claude explains everything. You can run a 10-person agency as one person.
But everyone's learning tools instead of talking to humans with money.
Stop studying. Start selling.
The market doesn't care about your certifications. It cares about their problems disappearing.
Drop a comment and I'll send you the full breakdown of exactly how this kid went from zero to $8K
Time to make your first $10K.

So, I got a call from someone in Nigeria asking for a little support which, hey, I totally get. We all hit rough patches and need a helping hand now and then, and if I can help, I will.
But then… they hit me with the dollar request. Like, they gave me the amount in USD.
So I asked, “Wait, are your expenses in dollars now?”
And they go, “No o, but if we tell you the naira amount, it’ll look too big, so we converted it for you.”
At that point, I just went silent. I told them I’d call them back.
Why do people do this though?? 😂

I built a $15,000 automation for a realtor in just 30 minutes.
This is the exact system that replaced 3 full-time roles and now runs 24/7 without missing a lead.
Here’s what it does:
- Answers incoming calls instantly
- Books appointments directly to their calendar
- Auto-replies to website form submissions & WhatsApp inquiries
- Qualifies leads before sending them to the sales team
- Handles follow-ups + reschedules no-shows automatically
- Sends daily performance reports to the client’s phone
All powered by AI agents + no-code automations (Go high level + GPT + calendar integrations).
Built the whole thing in under 30 mins.
The client was blown away and happily paid $15K+.
Want to steal this system?
- I recorded a step-by-step walkthrough video
- Plus included the exact JSON + SOPs so you can duplicate it for yourself or your clients
RT, Like this post & comment “AI” and I’ll send it to you directly
