what I've noticed is that being in peak health gives you an insane resistance to alcohol. my body is so fucking good that 1-2 hours after drinking I feel completely normal again. it's like the alcohol just vanishes. my body probably uses it as a fueal source or something. alcohol is only unhealthy for the unhealthy. if you're healthy, the occasional drink will only improve your health (resiliencemaxxing). become antifragile. few.
