GLOVE ANGLE: a tiny detail that makes a big difference. It’s a non-teach for most but should be a must-teach for all. With the fingers down, palm facing the plate, the glove is as big as possible. When infielders catch raindrops, they are making a small glove, smaller. #STdrills

OUTFIELD BEGINS WITH EFFORT. Getting on the ball as quick as possible is undoubtedly THE best way to shut down the extra base. The sooner the runner has to make a decision whether or not to go, the more like that decision is wrong if they do. #STdrills

Baseball players are different. They need to be different than all other sports. It's a tough game mentally, physically, and emotionally. The special ones have and high mental and emotional IQ. I believe most are good mentally, the best are better emotionally.
