Boomer alert question - a while back I was gifted an Amazon Fire TV. I have no idea how these work but I used it from December 2024 until I moved in March 2026. Today I attempted to connect it to the internet and noticed it was still logged into the Amazon account of the person who purchased it for me. I logged them out and attempted to log into my Amazon account. Then I got this notice telling me the whole TV has been reported as lost or stolen. Does this mean that this television is effectively useless? Again, I’m a boomer with this stuff. Thanks!

@DoctorTurtleboy I would discard any and all tech that I was gifted. I would buy new devices. I would enable two-factor authentication on every device. I would buy a VPN for both my mobile device and my computer. I would quickly learn how to run a virtual machine on my PC. You can do this.

FOIA documents reveal Lt. Tully was informed by Trp. Guarino that Jen McCabe went to 34 Fairview for FIVE MINUTES prior to her and Kerry Roberts trip to Sgt. Lank’s house on January 30th. Jen McCabe attempted to conceal her ex-parte visit to Lank’s house. When Tully was informed via impeachment material discovery, he tipped off Jen McCabe and it resulted in some of her more awkward testimony, such as “Oh My Gosh! & Kerry’s a Talker.” Nobody believes she sat in the car for 45 minutes and talked only to Lank’s wife in the cold. It was a coordination meeting on Karen Read’s framing. McCabe is flat out lying in her testimony. Lank was the on scene officer the morning of January 29th, and well known to the McAlberts. Nicole Albert text to Jen McCabe the evening of the 29th “We'll get more info tomm. Don't want to text about it.” Jen went to 34 Fairview and talked to Nicole Albert. They lie as easy as they breathe.

🚨 This is absolutely heartbreaking… A woman went into labor, and what should have been one of the most joyful moments of her life turned into an unimaginable tragedy. During delivery, there were serious complications. The baby became stuck, and despite attempts to safely deliver the child, things went terribly wrong. Doctors ultimately moved to perform an emergency C-section, but by that point, the situation had already taken a devastating turn. The baby's feet popped out, and when the doctor pulled it out.. it's head was missing. The mother had to push it out thru the birth canal. As a mother… I truly cannot even begin to process the level of pain and trauma this family must be experiencing right now. 💔 Sometimes we take for granted how fragile life really is… and how quickly everything can change. Prayers for that mother and her family. 🙏

LE lost the most important piece of evidence, which very well might have contained exculpatory evidence. I think this a perfect opportunity for the new Judge in the Aaron Spencer case to bend to the will of the people and dismiss the case, which is the most extreme remedy available to him. The McAlberts have desperately tried to rewrite history by claiming that the crowds outside supporting Karen Read were violent, unruly, and threatening. They claim in their lawsuit that supporters shouted at them, calling them murderers as they entered the court DURING the trial. This never happened, as there was a strictly enforced buffer zone, and all of the witnesses came into the courthouse heavily protected by police. But even before there was a buffer zone this is typically what Jen McCabe went through on her way into court with the O'Keefe family - silence.

Woooowwww, the Mass judiciary has to figure out a way to take action where the law enforcement agencies statewide have failed and are COMPLICIT! Someone has to do something! This is exactly the type of thing the exclusionary rule is designed to address... well guess what, the exclusionary rule is NOT sufficient to address this!! There has to be consequences so NO agency allows police/troopers/agents like these to exist and cuts them from the force immediately! When is it enough to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! Over the past 2+ years I have had the opportunity to personally meet and befriend many people brought together by a shameful, well-known prosecution in Massachusetts. This includes people from all walks of life, such as distinguished attorneys, Karen’s close family members, “content creators,” supporters from all over the country (and the world), and others who were outraged by injustice. I can say without qualification that I have as much respect for Kelly Read as anyone else I have met and befriended the past few years. She is a loyal, dear friend and a wonderful person. I have no doubt that 99.9% of people who know Kelly and witnessed the nightmare of the past few years —including her family, those who supported Karen as she was wrongfully prosecuted, and Karen’s lawyers—wholeheartedly agree.
