It Is a problem ONLY for northies. For all of us in the south , Three languages have been in force forever. Therefore, CBSE schools here offer at least three Indian languages if not more. Hindi, Sanskrit , regional language are alwyas on the table.
If demand grows, teachers will be recruited for south languages. Get a vote from your PTA !

This is a big problem. My daughter who moves to class 9 next year will have to drop French and choose 2 Indian languages. I would like her to learn Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada. But there are no teachers for these languages in North India. So only option is Hindi and Sanskrit.

#CBSE is facing flak over Class 12 marking fiasco. Now it has made #thirdlanguage compulsory for Class 9 students from this academic year. How will it help them in their professional career? Will schools get quality teachers for 3rd language? You are adding to mental stress.

DMK needs Zohran Mamdani type PR team.
Appeasing to gen Z .. teaching socialism, rationalism, periyar/Anna/ambedkar ideologies, anti-caste, pro-feminism, pro-LGBTQ+ rights to younger generation. Gen Z must be politicised with the topics relevant to them.
