@HarrietCass I’ve got the same with Ryanair. Reclaiming the money through my bank. You can also notify the Competition and Markets Authority. On line form takes a couple of minutes.

Why have British Airways made it impossible to apply for a refund (not a voucher) online? They don’t answer the phone, you can’t email them, and my snail mail letter has gone unanswered. #BA #BritishAirways

@HarrietCass Hi Harriet. Can’t answer those points but... they do seem to respond to twitter questions and action refund requests that way.
